Our team’s passion for the dream pizza is infectious.  You see, to a normal person, we are pizza fanatics bordering on addicts.  We are on a mission from the pizza Gods to make THE BEST DAMN PIZZA we can. We make our own 80 hour dough in house every day.We use only the best San Marzano tomatoes to make our sweet sauce. We use only Irish beef and cured meats because they are the best in the world.  

Our pizza addiction means that we extensively taste test all of our pizzas.  This ensures that they will arrive to you as amazing as the pizza Gods have demanded. We use only the best cheeses we can get our hands on in Ireland.  We pay more for cheese every month than we do in rent!!!  Shhh…. Don’t tell our landlord!!!!  In our hand built wood fired oven, our pizzas fluff up to give our signature light and fluffy crust. Come see what we do and we will make you an addict too.
